About US
In 1979, Yuh Chern Manufacturing Co. Ltd was established in Taichung County, Taiwan. Since our inception, we have developed a professional hot forging manufacturing service model that
focuses on customer specific OEM products.
The evolution of our company and products started with the production of Conveyor Chains and related spare parts. With our advanced factory applications and collaboration with qualified
partners, we have expanded services into various fields of customized products; for example, automobile and motorcycle parts, marine parts and mountaineering equipment componentry.
Along with the growth of business we have upgraded both softwares and hardwares to provide customers with better products and services. Some of the strategic management systems we

Manufacturing
The factory floors are strategically planned out with various manufacturing sections: Forging, Pressing, CNC Machining, Robotic Arm Welding, Riveting, Forming, Assembly, Sand Blasting and
Warehousing. We utilizes state-of-the-art equipment from well-known brands, such as Jing Duann High-Speed Precision Hot Forging Press, Russian-imported Knuckle Joint Forging Press, Jing
Feng and Seyi Stamping Press, Quaser 5-Axis CNC machine, and Extron 3-Axis (with fourth axis) CNC machines
Our core manufacturing capabilities include hot and cold forging, stamping, CNC machining, precision casting and robotic arm welding. We utilize a variety of materials including iron, carbon
steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, zinc alloy, aluminum alloy and other composite materials.


Research & Development
Our research and development team developed expertise in providing customers with technical advice in early stages of product development, including material analysis, structure design
and surface treatment. We are capable of processing over a hundred cases per year. This has allowed us to provide increased product developing efficiency and help customers to shorten the
TTM (time to market) period.


Quality Assurance
Our dedication to customer satisfaction and Quality Control has seen constant improvements to testing procedures and testing equipment within our in-house laboratories. Our latest
installments of testing equipment include:

Hardware

Trolley

Trolleys
The trolley is utilized to support the weight of the chain, the hanger, the
‘piece in work’ and other conveying equipment parts. The main parts of
a trolley are: bearings, forged brackets, and hangers.
1. Bearings
Both inner and outer rings are made of alloy steel. This steel combined
with hot and cold forging processing and precision machining provides
a high quality and durable product.
2. Forged Brackets
The brackets are pulled along the track by the chain and they need to
bear the resultant tension of the chain when the chain goes through
horizontal and vertical turns. The brackets ensure the chain runs
according to the designed track line.
3. Hangers
The Hanger load must be directly below or above the trolleys, so that
the vertical load will not affect the chain operation. If the load exceeds
the maximum capacity of a single trolley assembly, a load bar is used to
connect two trolley assemblies and equally distribute the load over the
pair of trolleys.

Drop Forged Rivetless Chains

Drop Forged Rivetless Chains
The Drop Forged Rivetless Chain processing includes hot &
cold forging, punching, and fine chain-pitch machining.
Advanced heat treatment processes are applied to improve steel
hardness, strength and toughness. This further increases
resistances against wear and tear, corrosion, impact and load
stress.
We provide a variety of options for surface treatments,
including anti-rust oil, white & yellow zinc plating, mechanical
galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, blackening and pickling.
The Drop Forged Rivetless Chain is suitable for various
industries such as automobile, electronics, household appliances,
light industry, food processing, chemical and other assembly
line operations.

Enclosed Track Conveyor Chain

Enclosed Track Conveyor Chains
This type of chains is commonly applied with an enclosed track
system and carry the following features:
1. Designed for maximum flexibility across multi-directional
track systems.
2. Move freely in horizontal and vertical directions within
minimal space.
3. Horizontal and vertical wheels are endowed with ball
bearings for carrying the load with ease.
4. Reduced travel resistance and increased life expectancy.

Drop Forged Chains and accessories

Drop Forged Chains and Accessories
The drop forged fork link chain is designed with a rib-shape and
is for a continuous conveyor system. The features include:
1. The conveyor path can be horizontal, inclined and vertical.
2. It is the best choice for many bulk materials such as powders,
granules, flakes, and blocks.
3. With solid shaft pin designs and can be assembled for light or
heavy duty.
4. The fork links can be welded with different styles of flights or
scrapers.
